How to delete your account
- Open boukd and sign in.
- Go to Settings and tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Enter your password and tap Schedule.
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on the
account, with the subject Delete my boukd account and your @handle.
We reply within 30 days.
What happens
Your account is deleted 30 days after you ask. Until then you can cancel from Settings. Any open bookings or money owed have to be settled first.
Some records are kept after deletion where the law requires it, such as booking and payment records, for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy.
